Delivery of goods purchased in the domino.ua online store is free of charge throughout Ukraine by courier to the door or to the Novaya Poshta branch, except temporarily occupied territories.

DOMINO brand delivery
In the cities of Kyiv and Odessa, as well as 20 kilometers from them, delivery of orders is carried out free of charge by our courier. Delivery is made the next day after order confirmation from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
If you are in doubt about the size, color or style, you can order several options. Try it on directly with the courier and choose what suits you best.
If you want to improve your style, our stylist will help you choose image options, accessories and offer new solutions.

Delivery across Ukraine by courier services to the door
Delivery in Ukraine by courier services is free of charge, when purchasing goods, in case of cancellation of the order, the prepayment is not returned.
Delivery time is 1-3 days after order confirmation.
Delivery across Ukraine by courier services to the Novaya Poshta branch
We deliver orders to places where there is a Novaya Poshta branch. Delivery is free when purchasing goods, in case of cancellation of the order, the prepayment is not returned.
Orders are delivered by Novaya Pochta within 1 to 5 days from the moment the order is placed. After sending, you will receive a TTN, by which you can track the parcel on the website or in the Novaya Pochta mobile application.

- mandatory prepayment when paying in cash at the branch only for the first order at the following rates:

- cash on delivery:

- prepayment of 300 UAH, for orders valued < 10,000 UAH;

- prepayment from 400 UAH, if the value is > 10,000 to 19,999 UAH;

- prepayment from 500 UAH, if the value is > 20,000 to 29,999 UAH.

- prepayment from 700 UAH, if the value is > 30,000 to 49,999 UAH.

- prepayment of 2,000 UAH, for orders > 50,000 UAH

* in case of cancellation of the order, the advance payment is not returned

We deliver any goods from domino.ua throughout Ukraine for free.

ATTENTION!
The term of storage of parcels at Novaya Poshta is 5 calendar days, followed by automatic return (according to the agreement with Novaya Poshta).
Be sure to check the packaging for damage upon receipt. If there are signs of damage or integrity violations, do not accept the package. Draw up the act of return and immediately inform us about it by contacting our online consultant at 0 800 33 00 40 or in messenger.
If after opening the package you noticed that the product does not correspond to the one ordered on the domino.ua site, contact us. Our online consultant will provide you with all the necessary information about the return procedure.
 
Pickup
You can pick up your order in person at one of our DOMINO boutiques. When ordering via the Internet, select the option "Pick-up" and the selected products will be ready for delivery the next day in boutiques in Kyiv or Odessa.
