Is it necessary to register on the site to buy?
You can make a purchase without registration, use the "Buy in 1 click" option. It is enough to enter your phone number in the pop-up window and our stylist will contact you to clarify the details of the order.
How to recover a forgotten password?
Go to the Login page and click on the "Forgot your password?" button. Enter your email address that you used when registering. Click Reset Password.
An email with instructions will be sent to your address.
What types of payment are available in the online store?
Online payment
To pay online - select the payment method when placing an order: Online payment. After confirming the order, you will be taken to the website of the payment system, where you will need to enter the details of the payment card and go through verification.
Cash / Card
The purchase can be paid in cash (if the order amount does not exceed UAH 50,000) or by card upon delivery of the order to the post office, by courier or upon pickup.
(please note: upon delivery of the order by the Nova Poshta operator, a commission for cash on delivery of 2% + 20 UAH is charged)
Bank transaction
An invoice will be sent to your e-mail, which you can pay at any bank branch. As soon as confirmation of payment for the goods takes place (from 12 to 24 hours), your order will be sent for delivery, and our manager will contact and clarify all the details.
How is the delivery of the purchased in the online store?
Delivery of goods purchased in the online store domino.ua, is free of charge throughout Ukraine by courier to the door or to the office of the Nova Poshta, except for temporarily occupied territories.
Branded delivery DOMINO
In the cities of Kiev and Odessa, as well as at a distance of up to 20 kilometers from them, delivery of orders is carried out by our courier. Delivery is made the next day after confirming the order from 10:00 to 20:00.
If you are in doubt about the size, color or style, you can order several options. Try on right in front of the courier and choose the one that fits best.
If you want to improve your style, our stylist will help you to choose the options of images, accessories and offer new solutions.
Delivery in Ukraine by courier services to the door
Delivery in Ukraine by courier services is free of charge.
Delivery period is 1-3 days after order confirmation.
Delivery is possible at the branch or by courier of Nova Poshta to the address (if the order amount does not exceed 50 000 UAH).
Delivery within Ukraine by courier services to the branch of Nova Poshta
We deliver orders to those places where there are branches of Nova Poshta. Delivery of orders is carried out by Nova Poshta from 1 to 5 days after placing the order. Orders received before 16:00 are shipped the same day. All orders received after 16:00 are sent the next day after order confirmation. After shipment, you will receive TTN, on which you can track the parcel on the website or in the mobile application Nova Poshta.
Be sure to check the packaging for damage upon receipt. If there are signs of damage or breach of integrity, do not accept the parcel. Draw up a certificate of return and immediately inform us about it by contacting our online consultant at 0 800 33 00 40 or in messenger.
If after opening the package you notice that the product does not correspond to what you ordered on domino.ua, contact us. Our online consultant will provide you with all the necessary information about the return procedure.
Self-delivery
You can pick up your order in person at one of our DOMINO boutiques. When ordering online, choose the option "Self-collection" and the selected goods will be ready for pickup the next day in boutiques in Kiev or Odessa.
What to do if the size or model does not fit?
If you do not fit the size or model, you can easily exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To exchange, you must first issue a return of the previous product.

How to get money for returned goods?
The refund method corresponds to the payment method.
The buyer must email address [email protected] a letter with the subject “Refund” and an attached file with a completed application for a refund. (Application form) Please note that the details must be in the name of the customer. The term for transferring funds is 10 banking days. The term for crediting funds to the buyer's current account depends on the internal regulations of the recipient bank.
The application is a prerequisite for a return.
When returning funds by postal order, the application must indicate the real surname, name and patronymic. Otherwise, the post office will be forced to refuse to issue you a transfer.
Which item is non-refundable?
Goods, the list of which is determined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 03/19/1994, are not subject to return. (perfumes and cosmetics, combs, gloves, jewelry made of precious metals, underwear, bed linen, hosiery, products in aerosol packaging, etc.).
