If the size or model did not fit you, you can easily exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase. For an exchange, you first need to arrange a return of the ordered product.
Product completeness and integrity: Please check the completeness, packaging integrity, absence of mechanical damages, and accompanying documents when receiving the order. This can be done with DOMINO employees when delivered by courier in Kyiv and Odesa or by a "Nova Poshta" employee. We are not responsible for a product that was not checked for damages directly upon receipt at the "Nova Poshta" branch. If damages are found, you have the right not to pay for the product and refuse to receive it.
Mandatory return conditions: For a return, you need to provide the product in its original form: without damages and signs of use, with all preserved tags and factory markings, and in the original packaging. If the product was purchased as a set, it should be returned in full. Return rules are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
Products that cannot be returned or exchanged according to Ukrainian legislation: Products that are not subject to return are defined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994. Please note that if we receive a product that cannot be returned, we will have to send it back to you, and you will bear the shipping costs.
Ways to return the product: Return via the "Nova Poshta" branch in all cities of Ukraine. For this, you need to arrange a return at the nearest branch. When sending with the "Nova Poshta" service, be sure to fill out the product return form, which you can request in any way from the "Contacts" section. Use only the original postal packaging, avoid sealing with tape (except postal) and other materials.
Refund: The method of refund corresponds to the method of payment. The buyer must send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Return" and an attached product return form. The money transfer period is 10 banking days. The DOMINO company is not responsible for the delay in returning the product and money caused by the work of delivery services, mail, and banks.
