Delivery of goods in the cities of Kyiv and Odesa and 20 kilometres from them is carried out by a DOMINO store courier. Delivery is made the next day after order confirmation from 10:00 to 20:00.

Returns can be made via a Nova Poshta branch at the sender’s expense or at Domino boutiques.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase; the standard processing time is up to 10 banking days after the returned item is received and processed.
