Delivery of goods in the cities of Kyiv and Odesa and 20 kilometres from them is carried out by a DOMINO store courier.
Delivery is made the next day after order confirmation from 10:00 to 20:00.
When placing an order, choose online payment: you will be taken to the site of the payment system, where you will enter your details and go through verification, as well as the option of quick payment using Google Pay and Apple Pay.
If you order delivery by mail or courier or make a purchase in an offline store, you can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) or cash.
Leave your e-mail or phone number and we will send you an online bill that can be paid in any browser.
You may exchange or return a product within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product’s original appearance, packaging, and all tags are preserved.
Returns can be made via a Nova Poshta branch at the sender’s expense or at Domino boutiques.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase; the standard processing time is up to 10 banking days after the returned item is received and processed.
