The fabric creates feather chambers during the weaving process, creating seamless tunnels that hold the fill without adding weight. Natural down is injected directly into the vest and is evenly distributed throughout the structure, providing consistent warmth and lightweight comfort. Zip pockets secure small items, an adjustable drawcord at the hem allows for a custom fit, and a two-way zip adds functionality. Post-dyeing creates a deep, rich color and improves the fabric's durability.
