Delivery of goods in the cities of Kyiv and Odesa and 20 kilometres from them is carried out by a DOMINO store courier.
Delivery is made the next day after order confirmation from 10:00 to 20:00.
When placing an order, choose online payment: you will be taken to the site of the payment system, where you will enter your details and go through verification, as well as the option of quick payment using Google Pay and Apple Pay.
If you order delivery by mail or courier or make a purchase in an offline store, you can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) or cash.
Leave your e-mail or phone number and we will send you an online bill that can be paid in any browser.
You can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the moment of placing the order. In order to do this, you must provide the item in its original condition (without damage or signs of use, with all tags and factory markings intact and in the original packaging; if it was a set, it must be returned in its entirety).
Products, the list of which is determined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994, are not subject to return. If you send us a non-returnable item, we will ship it back to you at your expense.
That is why it is important to check the completeness and integrity of the package when receiving the order: with Domino employees (if it is delivered by courier) or Nova Poshta employees. If you discover damage, you can refuse to receive the product and not pay for the product. The rules for returning goods are governed by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
You can return goods at any branch of Nova Poshta in all cities of Ukraine. To do this, be sure to fill out the product return form and use only the original postal packaging.
Refunds are made according to the payment method. The buyer must send a letter to e-mail [email protected] with the subject "Return" and an attached product return form. Funds must be returned within 10 banking days (DOMINO is not responsible for the delay in returning products and funds caused by the work of delivery services, post offices and banks).
